2. Hands-on exposure to cross-company functions: Marketplace (demand, supply, ops, digital marketing, Merchandising), HR, Finance, Tech & Product, Fundraising
3. A healthy Blend of Strategy and Execution requiring strong action bias
4. Leading & driving multiple projects with cross-team stakeholder management & reporting Illustrative Growth
Projects You May Find Yourself Leading:
1. Launch of a completely new category (0 to 1x) or scaling a category (1 to 10x)
2. Conceptualizing Experiments for Driving Customer Repeat Behavior
3. Launch of Fintech/ Credit for retailer customer base
4. Setting up Appraisals, salary bench-marking, OKRs for the entire organization
5. Driving Performance Marketing strategy
5. Define, refine and track matrices for category health assessment via data analysis
REQUIREMENTS:
- MBA/Bachelor's Degree from Tier-1 College
- Prior Experience in management consulting (3-5 Years)
- Analytical and Data Oriented
