Job Responsibilities :

- In-house Strategy Planning, Business process improvement and streamlining the business.

- Work directly with founders and senior management to execute strategic initiatives, launch business model extensions and/or evaluate/launch new markets

- Help set the overall sales and marketing agenda using best-in-class analytics and insights.

- Driving internal improvement projects for the company.

- Managing operations of business segments where needed, improving information access and creating processes and systems to achieve business targets.

- Help craft the overall growth strategy of Lynk by working with the founding team
