Job Location MANESAR (Near Gurgaon)

Working Hours/ Shift 1 PM to 9 PM and have to flexible for Global calls/meetings

Working Mode Hybrid {3 days Work from Office 2 Days work from home}

Job Requirements

Job description :

- Develops and drives sourcing strategies for an assigned region and/or business unit and/or category portfolio.

- Works with key business unit and sourcing partners to define and execute strategies for sourcing materials, equipment and services. Leads or participates in cross-functional teams to develop requirements and strategy to identify suppliers, establish service level agreements and key performance indicator requirements, and monitors performance consistent with established goals and performance measures.

- Evaluates, negotiates, develops and manages complex or strategic supplier relationships to secure contractual terms that are in the company's best interest.

- Leads sourcing projects requiring strong communication and project management skills to coordinate with internal stakeholders and external third parties

- Solves a broad range of sourcing-related problems of varying scope and complexity.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.

- Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in strategic sourcing processes

- Strong communication and project management skills

- Strong Excel skills with the ability to conduct data analysis

- Strong negotiations skills with demonstrated knowledge of key contractual terms and conditions

- Ability to work independently.
