The company is a boutique agency that focuses on creating compelling product photography for a whole host of brands. The company founder is an advertising industry veteran whose appetizing food shots, impressive still life and interior photography has turned many eager eyes into willing consumers. The client list of the company includes tier one consumer product organisations like HUL, P and G, Cadbury, McDonalds, Jet Airways and Diageo, asian paints, at homes to name a few. Their approach to the craft is defined by the belief that all still images are made to move. Their work has won at several national and international advertising award shows.

As the Strategic Sales Manager, you will be primarily responsible for doing consultative selling to leading consumer product companies. The other key responsibilities will include:

- Responsible for developing and executing the strategic deals with leading consumer product companies

- Identify partnership opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in industry

- Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong personal relationships with prospects

- Maintaining relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance.

- Close new business consistently at or above quota level

- Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan and document and distribute competitive information

- Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product and marketing teams

- Manage key accounts and up selling and cross selling to clients

- Be proactive about solving problems even if it's outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge

- Manage end to end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/ invoicing, and payment collection, result tracking and troubleshooting.

- Deepen relationships with clients by looking at opportunities for upselling/ cross selling etc.

- Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives

Candidate Profile:

- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management or alliance management.

- MBA from MICA

- A creative powerhouse with a proven marketing and business development background.

- A decent understanding of print advertising

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills

- Excellent time management & negotiation skills

- A customer centric, creative and analytical problem-solving mindset
