Shift Timings - Monday to Friday UK Shift (IST 01:30 PM to 10:00 PM / IST 02:30 PM to 11:00 PM (daylight saving).

Work Mode - Hybrid

Mandatory skillset Overall 9+ yrs of experience and minimum 5-6 yrs of experience in end to end project management. We do not look for IT/Technical Project Managers but Generic(Functional) Project Managers. No profiles with experience of Infrastructure domain projects and avoid profiles from Telecom domain

Must to haves

1. Solid understanding and hands on experience with project management principles just NOT theoretical knowledge

2. Deep down experience on project delivery experience

3. Hands on experience in resolving conflicts between senior stakeholder

4. Effective use of governance structure for the decision making

5. Use of strategy when dealing with incomplete or ambiguous requirements

Role & responsibilities - The role of the Project Manager is to deliver the business benefits outlined in the Business case within the agreed tolerances of time, cost and quality. The role incumbent will be responsible for the delivery of the full project lifecycle covering the overall, planning, management, co-ordination and financial control of multiple projects.

Preferred candidate profile

Demonstrable evidence of min 8 years of end to end project management experience covering at least four full project lifecycle deliveries

MBA Degree is a must;

- Prince2, MSP, Agile Project Management or other recognised project management qualifications ;

- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages, including Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel;

- Ability to lead, develop and manage multi-disciplinary teams across multiple global locations;

- Cultural sensitivity and awareness in dealing with global customers and suppliers;

- Excellent communication skills in order to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the business;

- Strong customer centric approach and can lead by example; and

- A strong desire to solve problems and contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment.
