Strategic Manager - Manufacturing Industry

Profile Overview:

The Strategic Manager will be working closely with the HOD - Strategic and the Director of the organization, to ensure that strategic goals and objectives are accomplished, operations run efficiently, and best practices are implemented. The role will provide additional support to executive leadership team, as directed. He / she will coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows. The ideal candidate will have a management qualification from a premier institute, with a background of working on strategic growth projects and initiatives, preferably with any manufacturing Industry.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that Leadership Teams priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld

- Should have Implemented projects working closely with the cross-functional teams for automation, process improvement

- Driving strategy and operations improvements

- Prepare business cases and supporting financials for tapping new and upcoming business opportunities

- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree, preferably from a technical stream.

- MBA from a premier college / university.

- 3-5 years in any manufacturing industry, with at least 2 years in a strategy function

- Should have worked with top Consultancies.
