Role Overview:
Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives for influencer and retailer loyalty programs, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals and driving engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Development and Strategy:
o Influencer Loyalty Program:
- Design and implement a comprehensive influencer loyalty strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Identify and engage key influencers to maximize program impact.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine and enhance program effectiveness.
o Retailer Loyalty Program:
- Overhaul and develop a retailer loyalty program strategy to meet business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and integration of loyalty initiatives.
- Define and implement various bonus campaigns to boost retailer engagement and onboarding.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Work closely with sales, marketing, and other relevant teams to ensure cohesive program execution.
o Align loyalty initiatives with broader marketing campaigns to enhance overall impact.
o Onboard and manage vendors to support program development and execution.
3. Data-Driven Decision Making:
o Leverage insights from loyalty programs to inform strategic marketing decisions.
o Ensure fact-based decision-making by showcasing trends and knowledge derived from program data.
o Monitor and analyze program performance to continuously improve and adapt strategies.
4. Training and Development:
o Develop training programs for sales teams to ensure effective program implementation.
o Monitor activation and engagement metrics before and after training sessions to measure impact.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
o Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on program performance.
o Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis to senior management.
