Strategic/Key Account Manager - SAP
Client Relationship Management: Managing relationships across the hierarchy in the client organization (including its subsidiaries and group companies). KAM will be directly involved with engagement and the account manager will be responsible for addressing their queries / complaints / concerns.
Business Development: Driving acquisition and revenues within the assigned account
- Sales-Pipeline
- Payment Receivables
- CSAT (Customer satisfaction results)
Client delivery assurance: Assuring the client of Company's commitment and driving the delivery process by working collaboratively with the Delivery Managers and other business units. Coordinate and consolidate the effort of the all arms of the organization for the account
- Taking Go-to-market Company solutions with the account
- Account Planning, Governance, and timely collection of receivables
- Account Profitability: Working with delivery managers to ensure profitability at sale is adhered
Qualifications:
- Should have good knowledge and should have sold SAP Products and services
- Handled large key/strategic Accounts
- Basic Financial management skills
- Total Experience 10 to 12 years with atleast 5 years in direct sales of SAP services
Education qualification: B. Tech or BE in Computer Science or Electronics and/or MBA in Sales & Marketing
