Strategic Key Account Manager - IT Staffing
- Account Management, generating lead, Client Acquisition.
- Develop new client partnerships with company's key accounts, and develop strategic partnerships with large companies across industries.
- Manage large accounts & Key point of contact for large accounts.
- Build strong value proposition in that account.
- Communicate and promote value proposition to entire Indian organization, ensure it is understood and executed.
- Nurture and develop existing clients, and generate incremental revenues within these accounts
- Create and drive creative services related business around all engagements
- Develop aggressive hunting strategy.
- Opening New Opportunities for Solutions and services offerings
- Managing relationship with clients some existing clients
- Balance Transactional selling with Business development activities
- Ability to maintain senior level client relationships.
- Will be required to implement company's aggressive growth plans.
- Primary focus will be on new business while ensuring existing relationships are maintained.
- High adherence to internal CRM with an estimate of sales forecast.
- Liaising with the operations/delivery team for a smooth delivery of the end product and ensuring the service expectations of the customers are met.
- Working in Virtual Team environment
Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets :
- MBA with at least 10+ years experience in Key Accounts Management with strong commercial and negotiating skills and also be able to demonstrate success in coaching high-achieving teams.
- A proven track record in sales with an understanding of customer analysis, business plans, marketing focus, identification of growth, and management experience
- Ability to understand complex processes.
- Customer minded attitude
- Good analytical skills
- Aptitude to self-learning
- To achieve/exceed budget for financial year
- Convert initial leads into profitable sales
- Work collaboratively with consultants for the assessment business
- Adhere to pricing policies and ensure that sales targets are achieved
