Strategic HR Leadership Role/ Bangalore - IT Banking Domain Client

Job Description:

- An Esteemed IT Banking Domain Client of Elixir Web Solutions is currently looking for Effective Business Partner/HR Generalist Professional with 9+ years of experience for a STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP role based out of Bangalore.

- He should have a MASTER DEGREE in Human Resource Management from TIER 1 / TIER 2 / Reputed Institutes.

His role and responsibilities will include:

- Provide comprehensive Human Resources support (HR support includes headcount planning , recruitment oversight, talent management and retention, organization design, compensation, employee relations and more) to the COE in Bangalore

- He will act as an effective business partner, working closely with the business head/s and their management teams to understand, anticipate and provide solutions on people matters through innovative Best Practices.

- Play an important role in attracting the right talent internally from other businesses/countries and externally.

- Develop market intelligence to strategically advice business managers.

- On-going engagement with the client population to ensure effective HR support and coverage. Develop and implement appropriate communication processes and interventions on an on-going basis.

- Work proactively with businesses in people development, performance management, retention and succession planning to ensure success of business initiatives.

- Influence compensation and benefits strategy and policy; ensure it is appropriately implemented across the business. Partner with compensation specialist team to lead an efficient and co-ordinated annual year-end compensation process for the business.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Urgently looking for Effective Business Partner/HR Generalist Professional with 9+ years of experience for a STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP role based out of Bangalore.

- He should have a MASTER DEGREE in Human Resource Management from TIER 1 / TIER 2 / Reputed Institutes.

He should have PROVEN experience in :

- Leveraging HR COEs to maximize HR impact on the group working closely and influencing key decisions with senior management teams.

- Proven capability in delivering HR strategy, policy and plans in alignment with business needs.

- Experience in leading organizational change programs.

- Expertise in talent assessment and development.

- Adept in working in matrix structures.

- Proven track record of turning concept and theory into pragmatic, deliverable solutions.

Personal Attributes :

- Strong influence and relationship skills. Function as internal consultant to client managers and employees.

- Ability to lead HR resources and delivery to provide strategy and action.

- Highly developed communication/presentation and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to prioritize, analytical thinker, make trade-off/tough decisions.
