We have an urgent requirement of Strategy (HR) (Grade -EVP) of one of our Private Banking client for Mumbai .
JD:
- Strategic Business Partner ( HR ) for Retail Banking & Business Banking Business
- Determine manpower needs for each Business and advice accordingly.
- Implement manpower plans and monitoring the process as per policies.
- Administer all manpower requisitions and staff movements ensuring that they are in accordance with the approved organization chart.
- Providing statistical analysis
- Talent Acquisition.
- Recruitment of all positions as per manpower plan.
- Talent Engagement.
- Design and implement various employee engagement initiatives
- Talent Management.
- Conducting Exit interview and analyzing the same.
- Succession Planning Reward Administration. Salary revision in line with the compensation survey.
- Managing Performance Appraisal Process across India. (KRA Setting / Performance Review/ Rating Review / Performance discussions)
- Policy Clarification. New policymaking and modification of the old ones.
- Process owner for Campus Recruitment
