- Creating HR Policies and ensure smooth implementation of the Policy framework

- Leading the HR module framework creation in ERP and streamline the current HR processes

- Responsible for ensuring 100% compliance with the engagement calendar for all skip levels, leadership connect, floor walks, town halls etc.

- Designed and developed a customized recognition framework to cater to employees across global locations

- Introduced new counsellor interventions on relevant processes and policies

- Act as an advisor to the unit and guide the leadership on different policies related to performance management

- Help identify developmental needs of the low performers and coordinate with the manager to devise an action plan for next appraisal cycle

- Ensure successful closure of performance rating arbitration process

- Conduct yearly compensation review exercise in partnership with unit leadership by reviewing the market data

- HR Analytics- Responsible for creating HR dashboards for attrition, employee satisfaction survey, appraisal satisfaction survey; create action plan basis the identified needs

- Interact with employees on a regular basis to understand the concerns and highlight to leadership post which corrective action can be taken
