- Creating HR Policies and ensure smooth implementation of the Policy framework
- Leading the HR module framework creation in ERP and streamline the current HR processes

- Ensure successful closure of performance rating arbitration process
- Conduct yearly compensation review exercise in partnership with unit leadership by reviewing the market data
- HR Analytics- Responsible for creating HR dashboards for attrition, employee satisfaction survey, appraisal satisfaction survey; create action plan basis the identified needs
- Interact with employees on a regular basis to understand the concerns and highlight to leadership post which corrective action can be taken
