Strategic Finance Manager

What you will do:

- Develop core financial analyses for the company, including P&L modeling, unit economics analyses, and definition of company KPI

- Help run cross functional process and monthly financial reviews with senior company leaders, with an emphasis on clean presentations and clear communication

- Maintain our revenue model and develop analytical models to guide the company's growth trajectory

- Optimize financial KPIs and build a financial metrics dashboard to update the Executive team and improve internal communication and transparency

- Lead special projects and market research by partnering with various stakeholders to improve the financial health of the company

- Support our annual planning process and key Board of Directors material preparation

Qualifications:

- 6-8 years of experience in investment banking, investing/consulting, or finance at a high-growth startup

- Strong quantitative skills and mastery of Excel, SQL, or other BI/analytics tools are a plus

- Experience working with US or multinational companies

- Attention to fine detail, with crisp presentation capabilities. Start-ups do not have layers, nor the time do double check your work- it must be correct.

- Desire to execute in a fast-paced environment, with a penchant for learning

- Open to occasional travel for key company events and meetings
