Strategic Executive Assistant to MD - Financial Services/BFSI/NBFC/FinTech - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

Our Client, a Leading Financial Services company is looking out for a Strategic EA to the MD to be based at Pune.

We are looking at professionals from Premium MBA institutes with 4+ years of experience in strategic role managing CEO/CXO offices.

Responsibilities:

1. Supporting the MD's office in strategic projects by helping in structuring & story lining the problem, driving deep analytics, collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the organization and enabling implementation.

2. Building analytical models to develop insights on markets, competitors, business and macroeconomic trends across all business verticals.

3. Corporate and business level strategies - across functions such as product, sales, marketing, business development & finance.

4. Developing Go-to-market, Operating Model and Growth Strategies for new products.

5. Project Management, Stakeholder Management

6. Operation & Strategy

7. Assisting MD on Industry research, Competitor analysis & New Project feasibility.

8. Need to prepare business reports & presentations for Quarterly Investors & Board meetings

9. Communication and coordination with senior management

10. Making relevant and crisp presentations under the direction of MD
