Skills and Qualifications:

- MBA in Finance with 9-12 years of relevant operations and business process management experience.

- Proven track record in strategic planning, data analytics, and project management.

- Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Suite, and Power BI.

- Strong reporting skills and a creative problem-solving mindset.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Core Responsibilities:

- Serve as a liaison between staff, executives, and senior leaders, facilitating effective communication and project updates.

- Oversee daily operations by collaborating with senior management and department leads, ensuring the achievement of organizational goals.

- Build and nurture relationships with employees, particularly in India, to optimize efficiency and responsiveness in existing operations.

- Develop high-impact reports and analyses for senior management, focusing on actionable insights and effective solutions.

- Manage global projects across different verticals, collaborating with multiple stakeholders and leadership.
