Strategic Business Analyst - CA - Manufacturing

Strategic Business Analyst - Manufacturing

- Assisting in review of Business Performance on periodic basis and giving valuable inputs for improved performance.

- Business Analytics - Review of business proposals, performance analysis, Industry trends and analysis etc.

- Assisting CEO in evaluating Capex Proposals through analytical reports and examine and evaluate plan for large scale procurement in view of business requirement, cost efficiency and technology mix.

- Provide support and assisting CEO in developing and implementing business strategy for existing business and for new business initiatives

- Interacting with internal/external stakeholders for various Business Matters (routine/strategic)

- Assimilation of MIS from all units/functions and critically analysis for submission to CEO

- Support CEO in dealing with regulatory and legal issues

- Projects and Business Development

- Any other responsibilities as assigned by CEO based on business requirement.

Qualifications, Experience & Skill Sets:

1. CA with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a Manufacturing Industry & It is essential that you have previous experience within a similar position, it is far more important that you have the right personality and passion to make this a success.

2. Strong research, analytical and financial modelling skills

3. Ability to multitask on several assignments and take additional responsibility

4. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

5. Excellent Microsoft Office skills specifically Excel.

6. Ability to communicate effectively with people in various functions and levels of seniority
