About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic B2B Partnership Manager to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and nurturing mutually beneficial partnerships to generate leads for our comprehensive range of business services.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of successful B2B partnerships and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify Potential Partners: Research and identify potential partners, including businesses, organizations, and industry associations that align with Registerkaro's services and target market.
- Develop Partnership Strategies: Create and implement strategic plans to develop partnerships that will generate leads and drive business growth.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish strong, long-lasting relationships with partners to foster collaboration and mutual benefit.
- Negotiation and Agreement: Negotiate partnership terms and agreements, ensuring they align with Registerkaro's goals and objectives.
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies through partnerships, including co-marketing campaigns, joint webinars, and events.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships, using data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless integration - and execution of partnership initiatives.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new partnership opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3 years of experience in B2B partnership management, business development, or a related role.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in generating leads and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills to identify opportunities and develop effective partnership strategies.
- Relationship Management: Exceptional relationship-building and management skills.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the accounting, legal, and business services industry is a plus.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A master's degree is a plus.
