Strategic Associate - Founder's Office - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI

Role Overview:

As a Strategic Associate in the Founder's Office, you will work directly with the founding team to drive strategic initiatives, streamline operations, and lead high-impact projects across diverse functions. This role is critical in shaping the company's growth trajectory and ensuring alignment with the vision of Blitz

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the founder to develop and implement the company's strategic vision, goals, and objectives.

- Conduct research, analyze data, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

- Prepare and coordinate executive team meetings, including agenda setting, minutes, and action item follow-ups.

- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including partners, investors, and board members.

- Track and manage strategic initiatives and programs.

- Analyze and present business and financial performance to management and board members.

- Prepare investor updates, create fundraising pitch decks,

- Serve as a liaison between the founder and other executives, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

- Ensure effective communication across the organization to foster transparency and collaboration.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree with an MBA from a top institute.

- Proven experience in leadership roles such as Chief of Staff, CEO's Office, Founder's Office, or similar

- Strong strategic mindset, business acumen, and problem-solving abilities.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate at all levels.

- Experience in preparing reports, presentations, and fundraising materials.
