Summary of Role :
The Alliances Manager is expected to have a strong understanding of the technicalities, product knowledge and the key players in the industry. This will be required to forge strong alliances as well as ease the customer journey. The manager will be responsible for driving awareness / marketing campaigns, conversions and profitability of the channel he/ she builds. Strong communication and analytical skills are key for this business development role.
Responsibilities for the role :
- Identify new / maintain relationships with existing alliances in line with the relevance to the target segment
- Engage with partners to implement the alliance strategy and drive key success metrics.
- Work closely with the branches and distribution channels to drive campaigns and conversions.
- Build MIS / Dashboards that help monitor campaign success and ensure visibility provided to partners

Educational Qualification & Experience : MBA (2 years' full time) with atleast 4 years' of work experience in B2B sales, business development, innovation & strategy.
