Job Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships across Alliance partners, establish a portfolio, and oversee the process for new partner onboarding
- Develop strategic B2B / B2B2C partnerships by leveraging CXO level contacts to drive growth strategy programs for existing business
- Cultivate and maintain a strong network of connections with Start-ups, Fintechs, Private Equity firms, Venture Debt funds, and Investment Bankers
- Manage the evaluation and onboarding process for NBFC, Fintech, and platform entities related to FI, supply chain, and partnership business
- Assess deal opportunities across various situations, such as regulatory arbitrage structures, sub-debt, securitization of receivables, and acquisitions financing
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of NBFC Credit and NBFC regulations
- Explore additional business relations with customers to identify new growth opportunities
Job Requirements:
Educational Qualifications: MBA/CA
- 2+ years of relevant experience in co-lending, banking, or non-banking finance funding
- Experience in Supply Chain Finance, Partnership & Alliances is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable, confident, reliable, and motivated individual with strong time management skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Ability to multitask and consistently deliver qualitative outputs within short deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
