Strategic Alliances Manager - Retail Liabilities

Company : Large Private Sector Bank

Business Group : Retail Liabilities Group

Role : Partnership Development Manager

Location : Mumbai

Brief :

- It's a NCA & Book building role that takes complete ownership of the partner's relationship. Incumbent will be responsible to set up a solid sourcing channel with products owned by both entities.

Requirements :

- MBA from tier 1/2 institute with 4-10 years of Sales & Marketing experience. Key Accounts / Strategic Marketing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop and deploy Customer acquisition programs across the partner's and the bank's eco-system - online / offline / in-organic i.e salary and housing societies

- Lead and co-ordinate the engagement with the client and with internal stake holders

- Develop and implement the road map pan-India

- Work closely with internal business groups, legal, compliance and marketing teams

- Set up monthly / quarterly review meetings and present updates to senior management

- At the client end, work with Central & local FPRs, Marketing team, legal & compliance ( if need be)

- Review the progress every month with the client and update internal stake holders

- Meet sales personnel, administrative managers at partner outlets to understand and iron out pain points

- Meet branch staff and front line sales colleagues in the Bank to gauge on-ground understanding and implementation

- Co-Create R&R as per the Bank's guidelines along with the partner,

- Set up periodic MIS, run it across National / Zonal OR location around the store in association with the partner and with their budgets

KRAs / Success Measures :

Number of locations the partnership is live

NCA : Number of accounts sourced / MAB in the accounts / Ticket size of RD

ERV : Number of accounts with - purpose driven- RDs

Skills :

- Client relationship management

- Understanding of Customer communication

- Execution & closure orientation

- High on influencing skills.
