Job Description :

- Drive key partnerships with Merchants in Education, Health care, EV and Solar segments players across for unsecured BNPL loans.

- Own the P&L, business growth and delivery Pan India by extracting best commercials to boost ROI per account.

- Creating and driving high performance team.

- Develop and implement acquisition strategies to create demand, identify diverse lead generation sources, outbound and inbound campaign development etc.

- Monitor portfolio quality on regular basis along with risk and analytics and take proactive corrective steps.

- Work cross-functionally with policy, legal, comms, marketing, product, finance, ops, IT.

- Experience in BNPL or PL (Unsecured Loans) is a must.

Education: PGDM/MBA with 5+ years of experience
