Your Responsibilities: - Manage and further develop Business Development endeavors around their financial products (including lending, savings, and insurance) by engaging in distribution partnerships and other strategic alliances - Help scale the B2B - distribution channel and build up the value proposition by partnering with companies, major service providers in the facility management domain and other concierge and support merchants - Identify and exploit growth opportunities in the national markets and steer the roll-out and market launch of new regions, in India - Covering the entire range of tasks including product definition, identification, and sales approach of potential partners, setting up commercial models, negotiating terms and conditions, managing the relationship, etc - Additionally, you will be taking part in the identification of new market opportunities - Conduct in-depth market research to study market conditions, formulate this research into pitches to determine potential new sales opportunities for our products and to find ways to exploit them - Very close, daily collaboration with the CEO and the top-management Apply If : - You have completed a Bachelor's, preferred master's degree in a related field and graduated among the top of your class - You are currently leading the Business Development in a fast-paced financial and/ or tech environment with full responsibility for projects (end to end), team and numbers. In this role, you have successfully led negotiations with multiple stakeholders to support business-critical projects (relevant work experience min. 3 years) - You are very familiar with online businesses and web technologies - You have experience in the development of new products and understand the basics of technology - You can rely on a wide and deep network within the Fintech and e-commerce space - You have excellent financial knowledge and outstanding skills in Excel and PowerPoint - Strong analytical skills and proven experience in managing complex projects and teams - You are fluent in various languages - Strong experience in data-based industry analysis - You think and execute proactively and are highly motivated - You want to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
