Strategic Alliance Partnership Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand the business potential in the area and prioritize the segments to do tie-up.
- Identify partnership opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating the benefits of the alliances.
- Develop and execute strategic tie ups with the banks and financial institutes for IndiaFirst Life insurance business across their branches
- Analyzing important stake holders in state/area of work and establish necessary connects for tie-up.
- End to end service management for Alliance banks including acquisition, contract management, escalation/issue management, cross selling, commercial and negotiations skills to extract the best deal
- Build and develop commercial and strategic relationship with key targeted partners
- Understand and master the formalities necessary for a tie-up
- Understand the regulatory framework around business development activities.
- Analyzing partner's business, chalk out insurance business potential.
- Concurring tie-up, business & quality goals with identified partner
- Completion of formalities to initiate business.
- Take steps to keep the relationship continuity.
- Work with other teams internal to the organization to ensure that Alliance and partnership goals and synchronized with organizational goals
- Negotiate and finalize deals with partners and alliances
- Strategize new ways to grow current partnership
- Be proactive in solving problems and take additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
