The incumbent would be responsible for building partnerships both B2B and B2C, across the organization.
What we're looking for :
- An MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 MBA institute in the country with the relevant experience in the range of 5 to 10 years.
- Ability to identify the right partnerships, drive them to closure across a) commercials negotiation b) liaising with legal teams c) charting clear outcomes for stakeholders.
- A creative thinker with an outstanding ability to craft solutions that are simple whilst building a strong value proposition for customers
- Proactive mindset with regard to spotting opportunities and acting quickly upon them, with outstanding attention to detail
- Problem solver & relentless optimism. Has the confidence and initiative to take ownership and fix problems proactively. Removes obstacles in their way to achieve team goals
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, negotiation and presentation skills required.
- Result oriented, self-motivated & a - hands on- person with proven ability to meet objectives & targets.
What you'll do :
- Identify future partners and maximize existing partnerships, thereby increasing the value proposition to our customers.
- Set and monitor KPIs, measure the impact of partnership activity and make necessary changes to course correct and drive value generation
- Build and lead Betterplace's partnerships strategy, focusing on partners that will deliver depth and breadth within our focus sectors and drive lead generation
- Establish exceptional partnerships and solutions that drive mutually beneficial opportunities for the partner, Betterplace and our customers.
