Job Description – Strategic Advisory / Valuation

Job Requirement:

- Strong research skills to track information on a regular basis for residential, commercial and retail asset class.

- On need basis, conduct physical field surveys to source primary information

- Develop and nurture a network of industry contacts and sources to identify leading resources of information.

- Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills, with sound attention to detail.

- Team Player with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.

- Generate periodic research reports on various real estate asset classes

- Conducting feasibility surveys, valuations, report preparation, identifying development options, city analysis etc.

- Keep abreast of latest developments in various real estate sectors

Skills Required:

- Expert knowledge of MS Office

- Strong research writing skills

- Team Player – able to build effective relationships across groups

- Good interpersonal skills - confident communication style – able to communicate clearly and concisely with colleagues at all levels within the firm

- Excellent organisational skills - ability to prioritise workload to meet deliverables and deadlines
