Strategic Accounts Manager
- Understand business processes and products for the assigned business functions thoroughly so client management is smooth. Very large Banks and NBFC's are the clients to be managed.
- Interacting with the existing key client stake holders day in- day out for a smooth process and maintaining the relationship which helps to grow further.
- Independently identifying the newer opportunities within the existing set of accounts to do cross sell/up sell of further products, which eventually increase the monthly revenues.
- Interfaces between client and internal stake holders so the committed deliverables are on time.
- Preparing weekly/monthly revenue monitor plan so targets are met. Identifying the competitors reach within same account so no loss of the existing business moves to competition.
- Provides timely reporting of issues that impact project progress, coordinating actions, and resolving conflicts
- Conducing senior management meeting on monthly basis with key stake holder at client place.
- Clear set of expectation with client and internal stake holder for any new opportunity brought on
