Job Profile:
Build long term strategic alliance with Segment A hospitals to continue to add value, and promote service offerings to identify / create and fulfill commercial opportunities
- Proactively develop customer relationships by understanding / anticipating needs and providing appropriate solutions to advance the sales process.
- Responsible for anchoring discussions with multiple segment A hospitals across senior stakeholders / CxO levels
- Responsible for defining, sustaining and continuously improving the KAM approach, monitor its implementation for Corporate & standalone hospitals
- Responsible for ownership on data framework / strategy ensuring sales and commercial effectiveness
- Plan and organize product promotion campaigns, arrange scientific presentation to pre-selected key institutions and carry on other relevant CMEs.
- Overall responsible for achieving sales targets across the product portfolio at segment A / B / C direct responsibility of sales from segment A hospitals
- Ensure the call plan execution, high level of consultative selling and customer service by the hospital executives
- Lead a group of 2-3 senior analysts / project managers
- Ownership of hospital segmentation
- Responsible for defining & implementing the governance and approving KAM related trainings and following up on the implementation across organizations
Desired Profile:
Minimum 10-12 years strong account management / sales experience in B2B, pharma
- Established connects across the major stakeholders in healthcare / hospital business
- Strong business development and strategic mindset
