Job Description :

As a member of the mid-market sales team, you will be part of one of the fastest growing verticals within company globally. Mid-market vertical finds new clients for company, nurtures the relationships and grows them big enough to execute enterprise strategies. - You will be required to implement company's aggressive growth plans in the identified territory. You primary focus will be on new business while ensuring existing relationships are maintained.

- You will be required to understand, appreciate and conform to company's global sales processes that ensure achievement of critical performance metrics like revenue and gross margin.

- You will always keep the client at the center of everything and ensure timely attention to any CSAT issues.

Candidate Requirements :

- Knowledge of ICT solutions like networking, security, data center, cloud,virtualization, IP telephony, voice, video etc.,

- Minimum sales experience of 6 years in the above areas

- We are looking for hunters who thrive in a high growth, high pressure environment

- Ability to forecast based on quota and deliver based on forecast

- Proven and successful track record in delivering monthly quotas

- Knowledge of commercial processes in systems integration business.

- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to maintain senior level client relationships.
