Position - Strategic Account Manager
Job Location - Mumbai / Delhi
Broad Role Definition
1. Managing relationship with some existing clients
2. Transactional selling / Business development activities
3. Self / Job management and resources allocation for clients
4. Achieving key business standards / parameters (revenues and gross margins ) for various solutions and services, set for specific business period.
Skills Required
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Solutions, Datacenters, Cloud Service & Networking
- Solution Selling knowledge & experience in the areas of
1. AD, Exchange, Lync & System Centre
2. Virtualization, Datacenters & Cloud Concepts
3. IP telephony
4. Data security
5. Network management
6. Data and voice networking infrastructure solutions
- Proven and successful track record in Business Development
- Knowledge of commercial processes in IT/ITES space.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent mapping of CxO level
