Job Description:


- Have strong connect with the senior stakeholders in the Platinum account of our client and influence the growth of the account


- Manage multiple channels like customer success, account management and act as the POC for our client to increase the revenue share in the assigned accounts

Client Details :

Our client is a well known player in the SaaS ecosystem who have revolutionised the CRM space for the enterprise clients. With operations across the globe, they have a strong India footprint and currently looking at senior sales professionals to be a part of the journey

Description :

- Build, maintain and leverage strong relationships with Decision Makers (Business and IT) to influence solution adoption, create strong support for new opportunities and to secure their willingness to advocate on our client's behalf


- Complete ownership of Account Health and revenue management


- Work on the account growth strategy for clients, i.e retention and strategies to grow revenue through upselling of new offerings and products.


- Orchestrate and influence a matrixed multi-disciplinary team (including our client's leadership) to align efforts and maximize impact for customers


Orchestrate the cross-functional support required to ensure that the product implementations are delivered to meet client expectations :


- Track and resolve key client issues in a proactive manner and manage expectations internally and externally; lead planning workshops and program steering committee meetings; Implement & improve the defined governance processes as needed.


Profile :

- 15-24 years of experience in hunting / farming,ideally in a Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, Program Management or Consulting role, with a heavy experience selling or interacting to the senior stakeholders in the BFSI fraternity

- Experience managing one or more teams ( direct or dotted line) in the current or previous roles

- Have a deep understanding of the Financial Services industry and digital transformation, especially with large Financial Services organisations


- Open to Mumbai as a location
