Job Title:- Finance Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced person to undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget, and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. This candidate will lead the accounts and finance team and is expected to work with CEO to and drive accounting & Financial strategies and should work with the management to provide strategic financial inputs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of application operations specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our applications, ensuring the availability, performance, and reliability of the systems and meeting service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, infrastructure, and business stakeholders, to ensure smooth and timely application deployments, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
- Manage and resolve application-related incidents and problems, coordinating with relevant teams to prioritize and resolve issues within agreed-upon timeframes.
- Implement and maintain application monitoring and alerting systems, proactively identifying, and resolving potential issues to minimize impact on users and improve application performance.
- Develop and enhance operational processes, procedures, and documentation, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and driving continuous improvement in application operations.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide regular feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in application operations and team leadership, and proactively implement changes to optimize operations and enhance team efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in 10-15 years in F&A Account payable and invoice processing
- Strong attention to detail, natural curiosity with ability to problem-solve creatively Exceptionally effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong knowledge of India, US, UK and Canada compliance in the areas of financial reporting and taxes
- Should have strong experience in financial accounting / planning / analysis and forecasting.
- Should have strong understanding of General Ledger, Reconciliations and MIS Reports.
- Should have strong skills pertaining to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Banking.
- Should have experience in handling internal audits.
- Should have strong experience with team management / leadership.
- Should have experience in taxation (Direct and Indirect)
