- Assessing and mapping prospects objectives and creating effective solutions. Understanding and identifying client requirements/objectives for creating proactive sales pitches demonstrating our capabilities, solutions, and value proposition.

- Interact with various cross domain team and leaders, and understand customer technology, business requirements

- Creating Technical solution and validating scope with teams/SME engaged

- Design and propose innovative solutions specific to client requirements for services

- Responding to business process and transformation specific opportunities (RFx) and ensuring its execution through coordination with various business units.

- Develop effective Transition/Team Setup/Onboarding plan align with customer's requirements to ensure smooth ramp-up/down and profitability models

- Proposal Closure: Solution/Proposal submission.

- Assist the Business Units in strategic development and growth of accounts. Spearheading domain consulting assignments involving process assessment and reengineering for business opportunities

- Client Meetings: Drive creation of well-aligned capability decks for client connects from GM level to CXO level

- Monitoring/tracking projects with respect to budgeted cost Practice Development.

- Drive demand generation campaigns involving development of marketing collaterals, email scripts, calling scripts and organizing knowledge transfer session for marketing team for execution

- Competitor's analysis / research activities

- Strategizing, developing, managing digital marketing campaigns.
