STP Investment Services - Project Manager

Position Requirements:

1. 8-10 years Capital Markets industry experience required.

2. Technical background with Dotnet/Java is required.

3. Experience in HTML5, CSS3, C#, jQuery, ASP .Net MVC 4 and above, .NET Web API, .NET entity framework, SQL.

4. 8-10 years of project management/business analysis experience required

5. 8-10 years of leading/managing a mid-sized development team with team members spread across different locations required

6. Experience interfacing directly with US or European clients within Capital Markets required

7. Experience in SDLC and Agile development frameworks required

8. Experience in business process re-engineering, business systems analysis, process improvement involving broad-based information systems utilizing tools and techniques required

9. Experience working on global development teams with 24x7 development capabilities required

10. Experience with Capital Markets Data Services (Bloomberg, RIMES, IDC, Reuters) preferred

11. Experience with Accounting Systems (Eagle, Portia, Advent, SS&C) preferred

12. Ability to collaborate effectively with other members of the tech team, including the use of collaboration tools, source control, documentation and bug tracking

13. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and changing priorities

14. Strong written and verbal communication skills

15. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

16. Possession of a B1/B2 US Visa preferred

17. The candidate should be ready to move to the next level/promotion.
