Position: Deputy Business Manager

Role: To promote the StoreMore service among individuals and households using three main channels:

1. To households by tying up with housing societies and RWAs.

2. To employees of companies and institutions by tying up with their HR departments.

3. To customers of companies by tying up with their marketing departments.

Besides these, there are other channels to be explored such as tying up with multi-level marketers.

This role has enormous growth potential and best suits individuals with a lot of drive and initiative.

Profile:

1. MBA

2. 2 to 5 years of sales experience.

3. Initiative, drive and ambition.

4. Preference will be given to ambitious sales women who have a mix of corporate and retail sales experience.

Compensation:

Compensation will include a fixed and variable component with the possibility of earning a significant proportion of the fixed salary in variable. The fixed compensation will be at par with market.
