One of our client is looking for a Retail Head for one of their Retail Store in Hyderabad.

The brief JD is given below:

1. Managing Revenue of the store

2. Plan a prod mix to achieve target revenue and profitability

3. Develop marketing plan

4. Develop procurement sources

5. Continuously look the existing processes for improvement

6. Keep the store team motivated

7. Create a culture of innovation and risk taking

The right candidate should have handled retail store or White good Retail outlets or car retail outlets. Even managing pre-owned car outlets efficiently may also be considered for this position.
