Job Responsibilities:
- As a Store Manager (Operations), work will encompass - handling a large team across departments like cash, sales merchandise, housekeeping, security and general administration.
- Will be responsible for pilferage control, inventory control, business development and customer satisfaction.
- Through the team of Department Managers and HR Officers, responsible to execute training programs, liaison with local authorities and adhere to all compliances.
Key Skills: Desired profile:
- Candidate need to have excellent interpersonal skills, a leader who leads by example, good at multitasking and strong in oral communication.
- Candidates who have good team management skills but not so strong on communications could also be considered.
Reporting to the Area Manager - Operations.
Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA (Preferred)
Experience: 8 -10 years of work experience of which more than 3 years managing teams larger than 50.
Stability: Average 3 years in each organisation.
Location: Mumbai
- Compensation and designation will be commensurate with experience, skill and value addition the incumbent brings along.
Age: upto 35 years

Candidate would be required to work on Weekends considering heavy foot fall at stores. No sales target would be expected but ideal candidate has to be process driven and ensure quality parameters are met at various levels.
