Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee and control daily store operations, ensuring efficient management and maximum productivity.
- Lead, manage, and motivate store employees, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Maintain optimal stock levels, managing inventory, and minimizing losses.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, analyzing sales data and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Protect company assets, property, and reputation, maintaining a secure and safe working environment.
- Foster a positive work environment, prioritizing employee welfare and well-being.
- Report regularly to management, escalating issues and complaints as necessary.
- Drive sales growth, achieve targets, and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Coordinate marketing activities with the corporate marketing team to ensure aligned brand promotion.
- Focus on acquiring new customers and increasing customer loyalty.
- Work towards increasing branch profitability through effective sales strategies and cost management.
- Identify opportunities to reduce operational expenses, optimizing resources and enhancing efficiency.
