The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of a high-end luxury fashion store. Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:

- Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business goals.

- Recruit, train, and develop staff members, ensuring alignment with brand values and standards.

- Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and foster a positive team culture.

Sales & Business Development:

- Achieve and exceed store sales targets by implementing strategies and driving team performance.

- Analyze sales trends, customer insights, and market data to develop effective sales initiatives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients and high-net-worth individuals to drive customer loyalty.

Customer Experience:

- Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience aligned with the luxury brand ethos.

- Manage and resolve any customer service issues or complaints to maintain brand reputation.

- Ensure all client interactions reflect the prestige of the brand, with a focus on attention to detail and creating lasting customer relationships.

Inventory & Merchandising:

- Oversee inventory management, stock levels, and replenishment, ensuring the right products are available at the right time.

- Maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect the luxury brand identity, working closely with the visual merchandising team.

- Monitor product performance and provide feedback to head office on product assortments, customer preferences, and sales trends.

Operational Management:

- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.

- Ensure operational excellence and adherence to health and safety regulations.

- Optimize store layout and traffic flow for an enhanced shopping experience.

Brand Representation:

- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the designer and brand at events and within the local luxury community.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store events and promotions aimed at elevating the brand's visibility and customer engagement.
