About our Client - Our client is one of the leading Italian luxury goods brands globally with a strong presence across the ASIAPAC region. They are widely regarded as one of the pioneers in the luxury retail industry, with a niche product range. The client has a strong presence in the Indian market, and are currently looking to recruit a Store Manager for their boutique in Delhi NCR.
Job Description - Reporting to the Regional Operations Head, you will be responsible for:
- Managing revenues and profitability in all store areas (sales, operations, after sales service etc).
- Assessing the store's requirements and ensuring a smooth flow of operations on a daily basis.
- Promoting the brand in the appropriate manner in the surrounding market, and look to maintain relationships with key customers, and other HNI's.
- Managing brand identity by promoting visual merchandising at the store level, and also engaging in thorough training and development for the sales staff.
- In addition to this, you will be involved in managing stock keeping, handling client/customer disputes, and ensuring the implementation of CRM strategies to enhance consumer base.
The Successful Candidate - You will be a post graduate with around 8 years of experience in luxury retail store management. Prior experience in marketing, merchandising, and retail operations is a must. Furthermore, experience of having worked on luxury watches, jewelery and accessories will be preferred. The client is looking for someone with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the the brand in the ideal manner.
