We are seeking an experienced Store Manager Inventory Management to oversee end-to-end inventory operations at our Kurla West location. This role requires a proactive leader who can ensure stock accuracy, reduce shrinkage, maintain smooth store operations, and work cross-functionally with procurement and compliance teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise in inventory systems, and a sharp eye for operational efficiency.


Roles and Responsibilities:


- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and dispatches.


- Implement robust inventory control procedures, including regular audits and cycle counts.


- Minimize losses due to wastage, obsolescence, and pilferage.


- Oversee all store operations receiving, storing, and issuing inventory.


- Ensure systematic documentation of all stock transactions.


- Keep the store area organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.


- Coordinate with procurement teams for timely replenishment of stock.


- Manage vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance.


- Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify discrepancies and corrective actions.


- Prepare periodic stock reports for internal and management review.


- Supervise and lead the store team to achieve operational excellence.


- Train team members on inventory management best practices and protocols.


- Foster a collaborative and performance-driven store environment.


Skills and Qualifications Required:


Education:


- Bachelors/Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.


- A diploma or certification in Inventory Management or Logistics is a plus.


Experience:


- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in inventory or store management, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.


Technical Skills:


- Proficiency in inventory management software such as SAP.


- Strong analytical and reporting skills.


Communication & Leadership:
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proven team management and conflict resolution skills.


Attention to Detail:
- High accuracy in stock records, audits, and reporting.
