We are looking for a Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager for our renowned client in the Retail Industry.
Financial Deliverable to ensure target achievement:
- Ensure achievement of world level weekly targets by continuously tracking the 3 most critical Ops KPIs(Ticket size, Basket size, NOB)
- To implement & review regular sales performance tracking and action plan for all employees at the front end basis individual performance.
- Ensure opex reduction - Rationalization in Manpower, H&S, Power, R&M costs, except OC
- Leverage all inputs to ensure that new & annualized stores achieve their ABP's To identify and act on root causes of loss/shrinkage.
- To generate revenue through SOH and GV sales.
Enhancing consumer experience at stores and increasing the loyalty base:
- Implementing the initiatives planned to ensure consistency in store standards as listed in the score execution card
- Execute store improvement plan to deliver objectives of customer, people efficiency
- Ensure improvement in customer interaction standards by improvements in - Customer service (measured by mystery shopper & complaint resolution, Cashiering Efficiency)
Assimilate the product feedback of the store and discuss with the Store Manager:
- To ensure that stores follow MPM guidelines as per the norms shared
- Ensuring processes compliance at the Store
- To ensure the warehouse is maintained as per the prescribed guidelines.
- Ensure closure on actionable of Weekly reviews with DM's to achieve week & month objectives.
- Ensure DM'sdrive the priorities as set during week ORM's - displays, replenishments, target tracking through goal books, new option displays.
People management in the respective stores:
- To ensure an effective on boarding experience to all the new joiners and create a platform for Learning employee development
- To ensure trainings basis the TNA & a structured training calendar of process & product, to ensure appropriate focus on each employee to develop & enhance their productivity.
- To ensure efficient roster planning to ensure resources & avoid loss of business.
- To facilitate & ensure regular engagement activities to drive employee motivation & maintain employee connect & higher levels of employee satisfaction and reduced attrition.
Additional Information:
Educational Qualification: MBA
- Relevant Experience to perform the role
- 4-6 years experience in retail/service industry
