Store/Floor Manager - Retail

Urgent Opening || MNC Retail Sector || Store Manager (Female) & Floor Manage || Bangalore

I have an urgent opening for the position of " Store Manager/Floor Manager " with one of the leading Retail Company (UK Based MNC), location - Bangalore.

Major KRAs associated with this role:

Inventory Management:

- Approves the Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for Store.

- Coordinates with Warehouse In charge for stock movement both inward & outward.

- To ensures that optimum stock levels are maintained by all the departments through an efficient ordering system.

- To ensures that no good move out of the store without a proper delivery challan, Conducting Monthly Review, Meetings with all the Staff.

- To provide a direction on short term & long-term movement of products.

Controlling Pilferage:

- To develop systems to control pilferage / shoplifting.

- To control damages on the floor, with the help of staff.

- To identify of the merchandise likely to be pilfered.

- To identify areas in the store where security is to be beefed up.

- To keep a Daily Check on Physical Count Activities.

- To Verify Physical count with Item Wise Sales Report.

Revenue Generation:

- To preparing Budgets.

- To achieves Sales targets and ensures profitability of the store.

- To keeps costs low by budgeting the expenses.

- To developing new avenues for promoting the business.

- To make a Assortment planning as per the Menu Given.

- Liaisoning with Corporate and Institutions for Bulk sales to them.

Operations Activities:

- To ensure that all the activities during Store opening and store closing are adhered to.

- To make sure that all the Cash tills are functioning optimally and minimum manual bills are prepared.

- To coordinate with IT on issues relating to cataloguing, cashiering, schemes etc.

- To coordinate with Category Management team to ensure proper running of the Schemes.

- Proficient at Enhancing Profitability through Effective Cost Control Measures.

- Achievement of Budget stock level and ageing of stocks, sales for the Store.

- Control on cost and expenses in line with the budget.

Requirement:

1. 3+ Years of experience in same role.

2. Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
