Storage Architect - IT

We have a leadership opportunity for Storage Architect with one of our client for Bangalore location.

Job Description:

- Proficient in multi vendor Storage and backup technologies from HPE, EMC, Infinidat, NetApp etc..

- Significant understanding of hybrid cloud solutions, experience in managing infrastructure as code in Hybrid Cloud environments.

- Drive efficiency by instituting and leading automation efforts, leveraging the existing and development of new automation platforms.

- Provide leadership and research capabilities supporting technical and business recommendations within storage and data protection area.

- Takes responsibility for people development including ongoing training, skill building, deployment and career growth. Build competency development and drive to improve productivity.

- Oversight and management of multiple programs and/or projects leveraging various skill-sets ensuring a consistent usage of standard project management practices.

- Actively mentors team members focused on actionable insights, reporting, and value additions based on personal experiences and skills in these areas of focus.

- Articulate architectural/design concepts to specialists and delivery consultants for further development.

- Hands-on experience with Automation Platforms like HPOO, Ansible, Chef etc..

- Analytical, statistical, and programming skills to collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets and build predictive models based on machine-learning algorithms.

- Experienced working within an agile development environment.
