Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements
- Implement new company policies
- Monitor internal HR systems and databases
- Manage Payroll & Compliances
- Managing the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and other incentives.
- Asses and maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of the same
- Complete HR operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an HR Operations
- Competency in working with HR Information Systems, hands-on experience with Darwin or similar platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
- Should be excellent in Excel and data analytics
- Should have on experience in Payroll and Compliance
