Stoked Kombucha - Founder's Staff Role

We are a fast-growing start-up that's shaking up the industry with our innovative ideas and products. As our D2C Mastermind and Right-Hand Human to our Founder, you'll play a crucial role in our journey to success.

In this role, you'll work closely with our founder to develop and execute our D2C strategy. You'll be responsible for:

1) Creating and implementing marketing campaigns that drive traffic, increase conversions, and boost sales both online and offline.

2) Developing and managing our social media presence across various platforms.

3) Collaborating with our product team to ensure that our products resonate with our target audience.

4) Analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and making data-driven decisions.

5) Driving partnerships and collaborations for brand building and awareness.

6) Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once while working closely with the founder.

7) Driving multiple initiatives with the founder in different functionalities like Sales, Operations, Marketing, Branding.

8) Staying on top of industry trends and incorporating them into our strategy.

9) Working with the founder of funding initiatives through Govt grants, VC funding, market research and pitch deck creation.
