- 1 to 4 yrs experience in business analysis, preferably in Fintech companies
- Proactively identify gaps in the market and lead the effort to develop products that drive business value.
- Close involvement in documentation, validation, verification of critical performance data, feedback and findings related to the customer journey.
- Strong design and user sensibilities - ability to view product from a user's vantage point and is motivated by the chance to improve the lives of customers.
- Comfort with technology - deal with engineers & architects to design new flows and have experience managing technical software products
