About us :

- Stoa School is a cohort-based learning community aimed to generate top-notch business decision makers. Supported by the first generation of India's tech startup founders, we are currently bringing about a low-end disruption to MBA programs through our flagship 24 weeks MBA Bootcamp. In the next 12 months, we aim to be India's best alternative to the traditional MBA.

- Stoa is looking for an enthusiastic person who believes that business education learning should be applicaton-based vs theoretical and that industry folks can deliver stong sessions to inspire learnners.

- Our current faculty pool are industry experts from various firms such as McKinsey, BCG, Strategy&, Kearney, Amazon, Dr. Reddys, Swiggy, CRED, Acko, HDFC, ARM, PayTM, Ogilvy etc. We need someone to find more of such great faculty and make it easy for them to teach valuable business lessons at Stoa.

- This is a leadership role wherein you will execute the core of the company's business. You will be working with the founders directly and take over the entire division.

Okay, so what does the role involve?

- Design the core learning program and the session outcomes

- Source the best industry folks to deliver masterclasses at Stoa & retain them

- Make learning fun for the Stoa community

- Manage a team to Associates and analysts

- Execute workflows to run the division smoothly

- Constantly improve the learning experience

- Ability and mindset up entire ownership of this crucial division of the company

- Mindset to take up a leadership role to drive the core education of a growing startup

- You are well-read about how various industries and business models work

- Highly learner-obsession in terms of learning outcomes and facilitation delivery

- Demonstrated process creation and improvement at earlier workplace

- High attention to detail
