Role Description:

- This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Manager at SPVC INDIA Pvt Ltd.

- The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

- They will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures and ensuring legal compliance.

- This is an on-site role located in Chennai.

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices

- Experience in recruitment and onboarding

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle employee relations and conflict resolution

- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations

- Experience in performance management and employee development

- Ability to work independently and in a team

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related fieldHR certification (e., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
